3. Return Process

- Reason for return

- Receive Authorization
- Wait for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Returns without RMA numbers will not be processed
- RMA is valid for 14 days from issuance
- Package Return
- Pack items securely in original or similar packaging
- Include RMA number visibly on outside of package
- Remove or cover original shipping label
- Include copy of original packing slip or order confirmation

- Use a trackable shipping method
